Transport

We will be providing everyone with transport so please take down the following information;

12th December(Departure to Ulu Yam)
Venue: SMK Assunta
-Interactors to be at venue by 8.00a.m
-Bus departs at 8.30a.m

14th December(Departure from Ulu Yam)
-Bus arrives at resort at 12.30p.m
-Bus departs for SMK Assunta at 1.00p.m
-Bus will arrive at SMK Assunta at about 2.15p.m

Medication/ETC

If you suffer from any illness/diseases, please bring your medication and inform your Presidents. It could save your life. Also, since we are going to have outdoor activities, please bring insect repellent.

District Conference Forms

YO! DC 2011 is here guys! This is the registration form. Please be advised that the total fee collected will be RM 200(RM 180 for the camp fees + RM20 for insurance).

DC form

Please get all the info needed by this FRIDAY. We will be waiting at SMK Assunta's bus stop to collect the forms and money. We know it's late notice but we were up against a wall as well, so please understand!
